ARGI Prospectus

IGS is part of a consortium embarking on a pilot project to identify innovative ways for management and delivery of geodata. This project, which will be hosted by Uganda, is aimed to contribute towards social and economic structural transformation, wealth creation and poverty reduction.

The work is a collaborative initiative between the African Union Commission (AU), IGS, the Uganda Directorate of Geological Survey and Mines, Geosoft Inc, the British Geological Survey (BGS), and the Uganda Chamber of Mines and Petroleum.
