IGS Ltd is seeking to engage experienced consulting geophysicists to act in supervisory, quality control and technical advisory roles on a multi-year airborne geophysical programme in the Middle East. The airborne geophysics component forms part of a larger multi-disciplinary national geoscience programme to develop the country’s mineral sector and all duties will be performed in country on a monthly rotation basis.
Candidates with 10-15+ years relevant experience are invited to respond with a full resumé. This should detail experience in supervision and quality control of airborne geophysics projects including methodologies, relevant dates and size of surveys. Candidates are required to have substantial background in airborne geophysical data acquisition and processing but also a thorough understanding as well as hands on experience of interpreting such datasets for mineral exploration and target selection.
Candidates should indicate expected day rates based on 3-4 one month periods per year in country.
